  • We deliver photography and most other services to your inbox the day after your shoot by 10:00am. More complex services like Video and virtual staging services can take up to 48 hours.

    You are welcome to contact directly for booking a shoot, though we still require the form to make sure the details and information is correct for the booking to be created.

  • We photograph the home as-is so please treat your scheduled photo shoot as you would a home showing. Be sure the home is clean and free of clutter before your photographer arrives.

    Please refer to our prep guide prior to your shoot to make sure the home is ready to go!

  • No! We are able to gain access to the property via lockbox with the homeowner’s permission. However, we love getting to know our clients and homeowners— so you are welcome to be present during the shoot as well.

    The nature of Matterport 3D tours require our photographers to have full access to the property for an extended period of time. If a homeowner prefers to be present during the time of the shoot, it is important for them to understand that it is a lengthy process that will require those present to “hide” from the camera to avoid any appearances in the finished product.

  • We understand that things come up— so we just kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule any appointments 24 hours prior to your photo shoot. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time are subject to a $100 fee.

    If a photographer shows up to the property and is unable to complete their job (they cannot access the property, sellers are not ready, etc) there will be a $150 travel fee for the photographer’s time.

  • Yes, rescheduling with at least one day notice has no charge. Rescheduling is done through the Client Portal page.

  • Track the weather. Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance if you prefer to wait for a better day. Same day cancellations incur a $150 cancellation fee.

    You do not need to reschedule on cloudy days! Overcast days often make for the best shooting environment, as the sun can create harsh shadows. We will always photoshop in blue skies to still photos, but all other services will show gray skies.

    We are unable to fly the drone in high winds and precipitation. If you booked a drone service, we highly recommend rescheduling 24 hours before your shoot if the forecast is showing a high chance of precipitation. If we show up to a shoot and are unable to fly the drone, we will complete the other requested services and will not charge for the aerial drone photography.
